The first step of course is that we need to gather information about the property that you are buying, so first steps would be to contact us with details of the property and yourself. Once we have confirmed your financial position we can start the mortgage application. We would need the following information from you -
Photo Copy of your current passport and your N.I.E.
If employed copies of your last three months payslips and last P60
If self-employed copies of your last three years certified accounts and personal income tax assessments for the last three years.
Copies of your last three months bank statements
A Credit report from Experian or Equifax which can be obtained online.
Proof of payments for your existing mortgage or rent.(a copy of your last years mortgage statement)
Proof of payments for any other loans you may have.
Copy of the current Escritura or Nota simple
