HOW MUCH DOES OUR MORTGAGE ADVICE COST
If you want general mortgage advice or are enquiring generally for our opinion on your mortgage proposal our service is free of charge. However if these enquiries then progress to a full mortgage application then our charges are as follows -
We charge €250 on receipt of your completed application and we charge 1% of the mortgage amount which is payable on offer of the mortgage. These are the only fees payable to us. There will be further fees payable to the lender such as a valuation fee, you should budget for between €250 and €400 for this but we will advise you of the exact cost prior to you applying for your mortgage. Most lenders also charge a 1% opening fee for your mortgage which is added to the loan amount and charge a 0.5% fee when you close your mortgage. These fees are quite normal in Spain.
